General Returns Policy

We are a handicrafts firm in which majority of the products are handmade. So if you are returning any product, please take a note that small irregularities in pattern, sculpting, color, design etc will exist. Significantly these are handcrafted products and therefore are truly unique in nature. These are not machine crafted products and therefore we would appreciate if you can consider that before returning any product. 

Inspite of this, if you still want to return, we have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please see below for more details regarding this. 

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Padharosa.Art  

In general, an item may be eligible for return within three (3) days from receipt of the item(s), subject to conditions detailed hereafter, if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

    ·          Was delivered in a physically damaged condition

    ·          Has missing parts or accessories

    ·          Is different from what was ordered

.      All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned above.

In the event of return due to physically damaged condition, please click a photo of the damaged part within 24 hours of the receipt of the delivery, and send it to returns@padharosa.art . This is for our team to review the cause of the damage, and improve customer experience.

For all COD orders, Padharosa Art Support team will call and confirm the same with the buyer and then only ship. Once confirmed on call by buyer, product will be shipped, post which, refusal won’t be accepted. However, once delivered, rejection due to any of the above points 1 & 2 holds.
